That's why we back our labor with a 10-Year Workmanship Warranty on all full roof replacement and installation projects.

What This Warranty Covers

Our workmanship warranty protects you against installation-related defects for a full 10 years from the date of project completion, including:

Improper flashing installation leading to leaks
Nail pops or fastening errors caused by installation
Misaligned or improperly sealed shingles, panels, or roofing materials
Ventilation installation errors
Any leak directly attributable to installation error rather than material defect

If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, we will repair the affected area at no cost to you for labor.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

To keep expectations clear, this warranty does not include:

Manufacturer defects in roofing materials (covered separately under the manufacturer's own materials warranty)
Damage caused by severe weather events, including hail, hurricanes, tornadoes, or falling debris
Damage resulting from lack of routine maintenance or homeowner neglect
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or work performed by other contractors after installation
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by foot traffic, satellite dish or solar panel installation, or other rooftop equipment added after the original project
Pre-existing structural issues not disclosed prior to installation

Transferability

This workmanship warranty is transferable one time to a new homeowner if the property is sold during the warranty period. To transfer coverage, the new owner must contact us within 60 days of the property transfer with proof of sale and the original warranty documentation.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact us by phone or email with your name, address, and a description of the issue.
Provide documentation, such as photos of the affected area, if available.
Schedule an inspection. A member of our team will assess the issue, typically within [15] business days.
Repair completion. If the issue is confirmed as a covered workmanship defect, we will schedule and complete the repair promptly at no labor cost to you.
